1. Sending Deposit as prompt as possible will insure you of your puppy. PayPal is the fastest. You have
2 days to send deposit, after the 2nd day the puppy becomes available to the next person on the waiting list. We cannot Hold or reserve without a Deposit. Deposit is $150.00 and will take this puppy of the market, it will be listed as Pending until paid in full.
2. Before you Place a deposit please check to see if the Pom Baby is still available or if there is a deposit Pending. Should any one change their decision to purchase, you maybe next on waiting list. Deposits are not refundable! It may be transferred to another puppy if one is available.
3. I reserve the right to refuse any sales. I want my Fur-babies to go to the best Homes possible.

I accept Paypal (preferred as both parties are assured of save transaction), Bank Cashiers Check, (has to clear bank),Walmart MoneyGram, and personal checks however, they will also have to clear the bank (that can take up to 2-3 weeks)before the puppy is shipped.
5. Shipping Cost is not included in the price of the Puppy It usually runs $270.00 Final Payment, including shipping fee has to be received by us before we will ship the puppy.
I will accept payments, until the puppy is 12 weeks old. If for some reason it takes you a little longer to pay for your fur~baby, other arrangements can be made. (Live has ways of interfering with our plans at times.) However, payments just as deposits are not refundable. Payments may be transferred to another puppy when one becomes available. Payments may be made with PayPal, checks, or Cashiers Check Moneygram. Puppy will be shipped within one week of money clearing the bank.

This deposit is for the puppy named above. The deposit is a Promise to buy the puppy. If for any reason the buyer changes his or her mind on the puppy they picked out, they can pick another puppy when one is first available. If they choose not to pick another puppy, they lose the deposit they put down. You have a 48 hour Health Guarantee to have pup Checked by Licensed Vet.
Pups that are shipped have been checked by a licensed Vet and have a Health certificate. Puppy has to be at least 8 weeks old before I will ship.
Price of puppy does not include Health certificate, Air Fare, or Crate Cost, these fees will usually be $270 The deposit is Non-refundable. All puppies are sold as Pets with limited AKC papers if applicable; unless otherwise agreed upon.
I do not guarantee the ability of your Pup to bred or show. The guarantee covers only live threatening congenital diseases.
The majority of puppies or dogs sold by HeartPrint Pomeranians are sold as pet quality only. However, when a Buyer does buy an akc limited pup(s) from me with the intention to have litters to sell, its buyer’s responsibility. Over bites, joint problems, and testicle problems or any other cosmetic defects might show up as an adult and those should not be passed on to the wanted offspring and is not guaranteed. To the best of the breeders knowledge, this puppy/dog is free of disease and defects at the date of this sale. Any estimated grown weight under 6 months is only my best guess and final adult weight and size cannot be guaranteed.The Purchaser has read and fully understands the terms of this contract and agrees to comply with them.
